Yeah, I tried booting from the linux mandrake cd's. It said "Hit Enter to Install Linux Mandrake" or "Hit F1 for more options." I tried hitting F1 and I read through everything there... it generally talks about non-graphical installs and other special circumstances. I couldn't find anything for installing on my windows partition.
I tried hitting "ENTER" also. It started the install process, asking me the language. I got to about the 3rd step when it tries to decide partitions. I clicked on the "Advanced" tab and didn't see anything helpful, so I emailed the uug group. I'll look over it again... and let you know if I find anything. Thanks! -- Nathan PS Do you think it would be in the regular install process or should I hit "F1" to begin with? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lars Olson" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Newbie Help" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, August 06, 2003 7:21 PM Subject: Re: [newbies] Linux on windows > Mandrake's pretty easy.
