i read the help file for setting custom keys and it wasn't very helpful. it told me that i can create custom hot keys in keyboard shortcuts under preferences. however, there was no option in there to add a new hot key
basically what i want to do is create a keyboard shortcut which opens the shell. is there a way to do this with a simple keystroke?
