Hi to all. I have my now-trusty little Debian Samba server running happily*
along with no troubles for quite a while. But it is inactive much of the
time, with a minimal load. I would like to have the idle cycles put to good
use. Are there any worthy causes out there-- grid computing-type things--
that work on Linux reliably? I have in mind things like [EMAIL PROTECTED], Grid.org
medical research, etc. I hesitate to install such a thing without a
knowledgeable endorsement, but I would like the system to be put to good
use. Many thanks-

Andrew Hunter

* Reminds me of the old Linux question-and-answer from a newbie help board:
Q: Is there a command to get Linux to tell me the date I installed it?
    A: Yes. "Uptime"
