I don't know if this will help you, but you might try http://freshmeat.net/projects/dhcp-locator/?topic_id=152 I haven't used it, but the description might help you. Failing that, you could block it's mac, or even--if it's got a shell--hack into it and blast the firmware. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the location.
