Here's [1] a good tutorial on running multiple
versions of stability in Debian, with 'apt-get -t
testing install <package>'.  

However, there's a chance of conflicts, or other
problems.  So the safest way, especially for just one
package, is to manually download the .deb package from
debian.org and manually install it with 'dpkg -i'.
