Well the school year is starting back up, so it's time for the UUG's first meeting.
On Jan. 5th, at 7:30pm in 340 of the crabtree we will be having a meeting on LaTeX presented by Richard Esplin, he writes: "The LaTeX document preparation system allows authors to create beautifully typeset documents while only worrying about the structure and content of their works. The first half of the presentation will be an introduction to LaTeX geared for beginners. The second half of the meeting will be a question and answer period, allowing experienced LaTeX users in the audience to share tips and tricks with one another while the presenter merely moderates. The presenter invites LaTeX users of all levels of experience to come and share your wisdom with the other attendees." So come and attend, I personally use LaTeX and find it a great medium for note taking, paper writing, and a lot of other stuff. -- Scott Paul Robertson http://spr.mahonri5.net GnuPG FingerPrint: 09ab 64b5 edc0 903e 93ce edb9 3bcc f8fb dc5d 7601
