The availability of the MySQL databases aren't publicized. However, I spoke with David Dougall about this, and if you want one, simply send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] explaining what you plan to use the database for. I would say that your personal blog will help you further your understanding of web applications, web development, and website management.
