UUG, It's time once again for the UUG booth in the Wilk and TMCB to spread the love of Linux and to recruit for the club since we will be having elections soon and need some people to run the club next year.
Info: Wed: Wilk 10am - 3pm Thurs: Wilk 10am - 3pm Fri: TMCB 10am - 3pm Sat: INSTALL FEST! We'd like to have 2 - 3 people at the booth to talk to people about Linux, give out Ubuntu CDs, but be less annoying than the people trying to sell you starving student cards. Bring your Linux laptop if you have one and show it off. (But don't play any movies on it while you are at the booth or else the MPAA, er I mean BYU security might come and get you!) Since our website is undergoing some changes, we are going to have to sign up the old school way. Please send an email to "president AT uug DOT byu DOT edu" and let us know when you can be there.
