Please note I am not a proficient C or C++ programmer but I can generally track things down:-)
I have worked out I can get around the first problem by including <fstream> in Includes/Conf.h.
I cannot work out how to get around the second problem:-)
I have also tried the CVS source with the same results.
Any help would be appreciated.
