Aafia Siddiqui was allegedly in cahoots with Uzair Paracha, convicted in 2005 of conspiring to help terrorist Majid Kahn enter the country so he could launch a lethal chemical attack, the feds said. Siddiqui allegedly opened a PO box for Khan so he could receive mail and then gave the key to Paracha for safekeeping. The key was in Paracha's possession when he was arrested.
