It has been confirmed there were fifteen train passengers with minor injuries. SITUATION: On 09/19/2008 at 0633 hours a passenger bus was struck by a MTA Blue Line Light Rail Train when the train left the tracks at 824 E Washington Blvd near Griffith Ave in Los Angeles , Los Angeles County . * There were reports of minor injuries to passengers on the Light Rail Train. * There are reportedly minor damages to the bus and the train. * All trains on the MTA Blue Line were stopped and remained suspended until debris was removed. Officials were on-scene and the cause of the collision is under investigation.
