MEETING OF LEADERS OF TWO STRONGEST PARTIES IN MONTENEGRO
DJUKANOVIC AND BULATOVIC ABOUT FUTURE STATUS OF MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA - Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, in the quality of the
chief of ruling Montenegrin Democratic Party of Socialists ( DPS ), has
invited leader of the strongest opposition Socialist People Party ( SNP
)  Predrag Bulatovic to start talks about future of the Montenegrin
state next Monday.

Djukanovic-Bulatovic meeting will be their first official contact after
a split of former united DPS in 1997. The Executive Board of SNP
accepted that Djukanovic and Bulatovic should talk without assistants,
while Bulatovic briefly commented that "invitation is important for
political relations in Montenegro"".

Djukanovic's formal invitation quotes that the theme of talks will be "
ways and necessity to resolve state status of Montenegro and creation of
the most favorable ambient for further realization of political and
economic reforms".

PODGORICA - Crnogorski predsjednik Milo Djukanovic  je u svojstvu
predsjednika vladajuce Demokratske partije socijalista ( DPS ) pozvao
lidera njjace opozicione Socijalisticke narodne partije ( SNP ) Predraga
Bulatovica da u iduci ponedeljak zapocnu razogvore o sudbini crnogorske
drzave.

Susret Djukanovica i Bualtovica ce biti njjihov prvi zvanicni susret
nakon cijepanja jedinstvenog DPS-a 1997. godine. Izvrsni Odbor SNP je
prihvatio da Bulatovic sam razgovara sa Djukanovicem, dok je Bulatovic
saopstio da je "poziv  znacajan za politicke odnose u Gori".

U Djukanovicevom pozivu stoji da ce tema razgovora biti " nacin i
potreba rjesavanja drzavno-pravnog statusa Crne Gore i stvaranje sto
povoljnijeg ambijenta za dalje sprovodjenje politickih i ekonomskih
reformi".
