PARLIAMENTARY COMMITTEE FOR POLITICAL SYSTEM NEW VERSION OF PROPOSALS ON BELGRADE AGREEMENT FORMULATED Podgorica -The Committee for political system of Montenegrin Parliament has formulated a new version of proposals on the Belgrade Agreement. The new version leaves out a paragraph on Montenegrin Parliament's guarantee of citizens` right to vote on the state status in March 2005. A proposal regarding state of emergency and state of war has also been corrected. Legislators of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) voted in favour of the new version. Miodrag Ilickovic, a representative of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) was against it, whereas representatives of the opposition Social People's Party had left the session before the vote, dissatisfied by the new text of proposals which did not incorporate all the positions on which their party insisted. MONTENEGRIN PARLIAMENT: DISCUSSION ON CESSATION OF GOVERNMENT'S MANDATE Podgorica - Montenegrin Parliament should state today its decision regarding mandate cessation of the Republic Government. The session was supposed to be held two days ago, but was delayed due to "a legal ambiguity concerning Prime Minister Filip Vujanovic`s resignation". Montenegrin Whips asked Prime Minister Vujanovic to declare his position on "whether he is resigning or intends to propose a vote of confidence to his cabinet". On April 19 Vujanovic returned his mandate to Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, after the refusal of Social Democratic Party (SDP) and Liberal Alliance (LS) to withhold their support to the Government. BUDVA: INTERNATIONAL TOURIST MARKET OPTIMISM TOWARD SUMMER Podgorica - This year's tourist season in Montenegrin tourist capital Budva will begin earlier and will last longer than in past 12 years. Foreign tourists' circulation will significantly be augmented, while organized comings of tourists from Russia and Ukraine by charter flights are expected to begin in two days. High-grade preparations of buildings, along with a modern marketing concept announce very good results. Concluded contracts between Montenegrin hotelkeepers and foreign partners also speak in their favour. Such was an estimate expressed at the opening ceremony of "11th International Tourist Market" in Budva. Numerous foreign expositors from Indonesia, Bulgaria, Bohemia, Slovenia and Russia give this manifestation an international character. Apart from the Tourist Market, at the Adriatic Fair in Budva yesterday was also opened Navigation Fair, as well as sport, hunting, fishing and camping equipment Fair. AN INTERESTING NOVELTY: NEW TOURIST GUIDE THROUGH MONTENEGRO Podgorica - An established journalist of London Publishing House "Bradt Travel Guide" is visiting Montenegro in order to collect material for a new tourist guide through Montenegro. The tourist guide will be prepared in collaboration with Montenegrin Ministry of Tourism and Tourist Organization of Montenegro, and is intended for English speaking regions. According the author's idea, the tourist guide will consist of 250 pages with over 80.000 printed lines and photographs of natural beauties and cultural-historic monuments, as well as mountaineering maps. In Montenegrin SKUPSTINSKI ODBOR ZA POLITICKI SISTEM FORMULISAO NOVU VERZIJU ZAKLJUCAKA O BEOGRADSKOM SPORAZUMU Podgorica - Odbor za politicki sistem Skupstine Crne Gore formulisao je novu verziju zakljucaka povodom Beogradskog sporazuma. U novoj verziji zakljucaka izostavljen je stav da ce Skupstina Crne Gora garantovati pravo na izjasnjavanje gradjana na referendumu o drzavnom statusu u martu 2005. godine. Korigovan je i zakljucak koji se odnosi na uvodjenje vanrednog i ratnog stanja. Za novu verziju glasali su predstavnici vladajuce Demokratske partije socijalista(DPS).Poslanik Socijaldemokratske partije (SDP) Miodrag Ilickovic bio je protiv, dok su predstavnici opozicione Socijlisticke narodne partije (SNP) napustili sjednicu prije glasanja, nezadovoljni sto u novi tekst zakljucaka nijesu ugradjena sva rjesenja na kojima je ta partija insistirala. SKUPSTINA CRNE GORE: RASPRAVA O PRESTANKU MANDATA VLADI Podgorica - Skupstina Crne Gore danas bi trebalo da se izjasni o prestanku mandata Republi?koj vladi. Sjednica je trebalo da se odrzi prije dva dana, ali je odlozena zbog "pravnih nejasnoca o tome da li je premijer Filip Vujanovic podnio ostavku ili nije". Sefovi poslanickih klubova, od Vujanovica su zatrazili da se do danas izjasni "da podnosi ostavku ili da predlozi da se glasa o povjerenju njegovom kabinetu". Nakon uskracivanja podrske Vlade od strane Socijaldemokratske partije (SDP) i Liberalnog saveza (LS), Vujanovic je vratio mandat predsjedniku Republike Milu Djukanovicu 19. aprila. BUDVA: MEDJUNARODNA TURISTICKA BERZA OPTIMIZAM PRED LJETO Podgorica - Ovogodisnja turisticka sezona u turistickoj metropoli Crne Gore - Budvi pocece ranije i trajace duze nego prethodnih 12 godina. NOVI TURISTICKI VODIC KROZ CRNU GORU NA ENGLESKOM Podgorica - Poznati novinar londonske izdavacke kuce "Bradt travel guide" Ana Liza boravi u Crnoj Gori radi prikupljanja materijala za novi turisticki vodic kroz Crnu Goru. Turisticki vodic, Liza ce pripremiti u saradnji sa crnogorskim Ministarstvom turizma i Turistickom organizacijom Crne Gore, a priprema se za govorno podrucje na engleskom jeziku. Prema zamisli autorke, turisticki vodic ce imati oko 250 stranica sa preko 80.000 pisanih redova, fotografijama prirodnih ljepota, kulturno-istorijskih spomenika i planinarskih karata.
