DJUKANOVIC STARTS A SERIES OF TALKS WITH PARLIAMENTARY PARTIES` WHIPS
CONSULTATIONS ABOUT THE NEW GOVERNMENT
Podgorica - Participating at consultations for nominating a mandator
for the Government, President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic will start
today a series of talks with leaders of parliamentary parties in Villa
Gorica.
Djukanovic will meet today with the legislators of several parties: the
Social Democratic Party (SDP), the People`s Party (NS), The Serbian
People`s Party (SNS), the Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA), as well
as with the vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
A meeting with the president of the Democratic Alliance in Montenegro is
scheduled for tomorrow.
The Liberal Alliance (LS) and the Social People`s Party (SNP) leadership
have not accepted Djukanovic`s invitation, because they think that the
consultations ought to be "held" in the Parliament with all the whips.
Speaker of Montenegro`s Parliament Vesna Perovic has also asked
President Djukanovic to hold consultations together with all
parliamentary whips.
DPS ATTITUDE REGARDING CONSULTATIONS ABOUT THE MANDATOR
TALKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH PREVIOUS PRACTICE
Podgorica - President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic acted in accordance
with previous parliamentary experience to discuss about the mandatory
candidate with the leaders of parliamentary parties - it was the
attitude of Montenegro's ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
In the next two days Djukanovic will meet with presidents of
parliamentary parties and after that announce the name of the future
mandator - said the president of the DPS Executive Board, Mladen
Vukcevic, in his statement for Podgorica daily "Pobjeda".
THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE EXPERTS FOR MEDIA THIS WEEK IN PODGORICA EU IN
FAVOUR OF QUICKER ADOPTION OF MEDIA REGULATIONS
Podgorica - The Expert Mission for Media of the Council of Europe will
visit Montenegro this week. They are expected to meet with the state
officials, legislators, and members of the Working group for creating
media rules about the dynamics of adoption and implementation of the new
media regulations - it was stated by the Secretariat for Information of
Montenegro's Government.
The working group for media has prepared a Law on media,
radio-diffusion, and on transformation of the Radio-Television of
Montenegro into a public service.
The laws consist of all European standards that are a guarantee for the
freedom of public speech in Montenegro. They will also determine the
position, rights and obligations of the electronic media.

DJUKANOVIC POCINJE SERIJU RAZGOVORA SA LIDERIMA PARLAMENTARNIH STRANAKA
KONSULTACIJE O NOVOJ VLADI
Podgorica - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Djukanovic, u okviru konsultacija
za imenovanje mandatara za sastav Vlade Crne Gore, pocece danas u Vili
"Gorica" seriju razgovora sa liderima parlamentarnih stranaka.
Djukanovic ce danas razgovarati sa predsjednicima Socijaldemokratske
partije (SDP), Narodne stranke (NS), Srpske narodne stranke (SNS),
Demokratske unije Albanaca (DUA) i sa potpredsjednicima Demokratske
partije socijalista (DPS), a za sjutra je predvidjen susret sa
predsjednikom Demokratskog saveza u Crnoj Gori.
Rukovodstva Liberalnog saveza (LS) i Socijalistcke narodne partije
(SNP) nijesu prihvatila poziv Djukanovica, jer smatraju da se te
konsultacije moraju "obaviti u Parlamentu sa sefovima poslanickih
klubova".
Predsjednik crnogorskog Parlamenta Vesna Perovic, takodje je zatrazila
od Djukanovica da u konsultacije o imenovanju mandatara nove vlade
ukljuci sefove poslanickih klubova parlamentarnih stranaka.

RAZGOVORI U SKLADU SA DOSADASNJOM PRAKSOM
Podgorica - Predsjednik Republike Milo Djukanovic postupio je u skladu
sa dasadasnjim parlamentarnim iskustvom, da o kandidatu za mandatara
raspravlja sa liderima parlamentarnih stranaka - stav je crnogorske
vladajuce Demokratske partije socijalista (DPS).
Djukanovic ce u naredna dva dana obaviti razgovore sa predsjednicima
parlamentarnih stranaka i nakon toga saopstiti ime mandatara - rekao je
za podgoricku "Pobjedu"predsjednik Izvrsnog odbora DPS-a Mladen
Vukcevic.
EKSPERTI SAVJETA EVROPE ZA MEDIJE BORAVICE U PODGORICI
EU ZA BRZE USVAJANJE MEDIJSKIH PROPISA
Podgorica - Ekspertska misija Savjeta Evrope za medije, ove sedmice
boravice u Crnoj Gori i razgovarati sa drzavnim zvanicnicima,
predstavnicima politickih stranaka i clanovima Radne grupe za izradu
medijskih propisa o dinamici usvajanja i implementaciji nove medijske
regulative - saopsteno je iz Sekretarijata za informacije Vlade Crne
Gore.
Radna grupa za medije pripremila je predlog Zakona o medijima, o radio -
difiziji, kao i o transformaciji Radio - televizije Crne Gore u javni
servis.
Ti zakoni sadrze sve evropske standarde, kojima ce se garantovati
sloboda javne rijeci u Crnoj Gori i uredjivati polozaj, prava i obaveze
elektronskih medija.
NA TIVATSKOJ RIVIJERI
POLOVINA GOSTIJU STRANCI
Podgorica - U hetelima Hotelsko - turistickog preduzeca (HTP) "Mimoza" u
Tivtu, za par dana ocekuju pocetak turisticke sezone.
U hotelima "Pine", "Kamelija" i "Mimoza", od 15. juna pa sve do kraja
septembra, svi kapaciteti su zakupljeni. Polovina tih kapaciteta prodato
je na inostranom trzistu, a najvise gostiju bice iz Slovacke, Ceske i
Rusije.
Turisticki poslenici Tivta ocjenjuju da ce nastupajuca sezona biti
uspjesna, pogovotu ako dodje i do povecanja vanpansionske potrosnje.
