IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BELGRADE AGREEMENT THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER BY THE END OF JULY
Podgorica - Montenegro's officials explained yesterday to the envoys of the European Union (EU), assigned to observe the work of the Commission charted with drafting the Constitutional Charter, that the implementation of the Belgrade Agreement and the beginning of functioning of the joint state were in Montenegro's interest. That is the necessary condition for establishing the relations that would be in accordance with the interests of Montenegro, Serbia, Europe, and wider. A representative of Albanian parties in the republic parliament said that the dialogue with the EU envoys was directed primarily on the position of Albanians and other minority people in the Constitutional Charter. The document is expected to be drafted by the end of July. THE PARLIAMENT OF MONTENEGRO LAWS ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY Podgorica - Montenegro's Parliament yesterday adopted unanimously the Law on tax amnesty and the Law on private sector participation in conducting public services, as well as the amendments to the Criminal Law of Montenegro and the Law on non-governmental organizations. The main amendment to the Criminal Law of Montenegro is the abolition of the death sentence, which is replaced by the sentence of 40 years of imprisonment. MONTENEGRO: GOVERNMENT BASED ON THE COALITION AGREEMENT Podgorica - Prime Minister Designate Filip Vujanovic stated yesterday that the Government would be constituted on the basis of the coalition agreement reached by the coalition partners. Vujanovic said that he had recently expressed his expectations to the coalition "Together for Yugoslavia" that the coalition agreement should include a clear regulation about holding a referendum in three years` time. MONTENEGRO'S TOURISM NEARLY 20.000 GUESTS Podgorica - Presently there are nearly 20.000 tourists on the coast of Montenegro. The number of tourists is increasing daily, which creates expectations that this summer season would be much better than in the past ten years. For the time being, everything is in favor of Montenegro's tourism - the warm and sunny weather, as well as good preparation of hotelkeepers. In Montenegrin IMPLEMENTACIJA BEOGRADSKOG SPORAZUMA USTAVNA POVELJA DO KRAJA JULA Podgorica - Izaslanicima Evropske unije (EU) koji ce pratiti rad Komisije za izradu ustavne povelje crnogorski zvanicnici juce su saopstili da je u interesu Crne Gore da se sto prije implementira Beogradski sporazum i pocne da funkcionise zajednicka drzava. To je neophodan uslov da se na ovim prostorima uspostave odnosi koji su u skladu sa interesima Crne Gore, Srbije, Evrope i sire. Predstavnik albanskih stranaka u republickoj skupstini kazao je da je dijalog s predstavnicima EU bio usmjeren na mjesto Albanaca i manjinskih naroda u ustavnoj povelji. Procjenjuje se da ce se tekst ovog dokumenta uraditi do kraja jula. SKUPSTINA CRNE GORE ZAKONI - JEDNOGLASNO Podgorica - Skupstina Crne Gore juce je jednoglasno usvojila Zakon o poreskoj amnestiji i Zakon o ucescu privatnog sektora u vrsenju javnih usluga, kao i izmjene Krivicnog zakona Crne Gore i Zakona o nevladinim organizacijama. Glavna izmjena Krivicnog zakona Crne Gore odnosi se na ukidanje smrtne kazne, koja se zamjenjuje zatvorskom u trajanju od 40 godina. CRNA GORA : VLADA NA TEMELJU KOALICIONOG SPORAZUMA Podgorica - Mandatar za sastav nove crnogorske vlade Filip Vujanovic juce je izjavio da se Vlada konstatuise na temelju koalicionog sporazuma, koji utvrdjuju koalicioni partneri. Saopstio je da je koaliciji "Zajedno za Jugoslaviju" (ZZJ) u nedavnim razgovorima predocio ocekivanja da koalicioni sporazum izmedju stranaka koje ce konstituisati vladu ima jasnu odredbu o odrzavanju referenduma za tri godine. CRNOGORSKI TURZAM BLIZU 20.000 GOSTIJU Podgorica - Na Crnogorskom primorju trenutno boravi blizu 20.000 turista. Svakim danom raste broj inostranih turista, pa je ocekivati da ce ova sezona biti mnogo bolja nego u proteklih deset godina. Inace, turizmu u Crnoj Gori za sada sve pogoduje - suncano i izuzetno toplo vrijeme, kao i solidna pripremljenost.
