AMBASSADORS OF GERMANY AND POLAND IN MONTENEGRO
INTERESTED IN THE CONSTITUTIONAL CHARTER

Podgorica - Speaker of Montenegro's Parliament Vesna Perovic and Prime
Minister Designate Filip Vujanovic had separate meetings yesterday with
German and Polish ambassadors, Joakim Schmidt and Tadeus Dima.

The meetings proved mutual contentment with good bilateral cooperation
of Montenegro with Germany and Poland respectively. The guests were
interested in the current political situation in Montenegro, and
especially in the implementation of the Belgrade Agreement. They
expressed their belief that conducting of the Belgrade Agreement would
be done most effectively and that the term predicted for its realization
would be met.

German and Polish Ambassadors were received separately by Vice President
of Montenegro's Government Dragan Djurovic, President of the Social
Democratic Party (SDP) Ranko Krivokapic and President of the People's
Party (NS) Dragan Soc.

WITH BARDHI

Podgorica - Yesterday's meeting of Prime Minister Designate Filip
Vujanovic with president of the Democratic Alliance in Montenegro Mehmet
Bardhi marked the end of the consultations about the constitution of the
new Government.

In the course of this week Vujanovic is expected to inform President of
the Republic Milo Djukanovic about the contents of his recent talks with
representatives of parliamentary parties.

FORMING OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT
COALITION FOR YUGOSLAVIA AND LIBERALS - TOGETHER IN FIVE MUNICIPALITIES

Podgorica - The main Board of the Socialist People's Party (SNP)
accepted yesterday the offer of the Liberal Alliance (LS) to form local
authorities in five Montenegro's municipalities.

The Coalition "Together for Yugoslavia" (ZZJ) will support the
nomination of LS candidates for mayors in Kotor, Budva, Tivat, Niksic
and Cetinje, as a part of their coalition on a local level. PODGORICA
INAUGURATION OF GERMAN EMBASSY OFFICE

Podgorica - German Ambassador to Belgrade Joakim Schmidt inaugurated in
Podgorica last night the opening of a German Embassy office. He said
that the work of the office would make easier the contact of
Montenegro's and German politicians, businessmen, artists, scientists,
journalists and representatives of the civil society.

Vice-President of Montenegro's Government Dragan Djurovic said that
opening of the Office was a result of an intensive and successful
cooperation of the Governments of Montenegro and Germany, and that it
represented a stimulus to further development of bilateral relations
between the two countries.

AMBASADORI NJEMACKE I POLJSKE U CRNOJ GORI
INTERES  ZA USTAVNU POVELJU

Podgorica - Predsjednici crnogorske Skupstine i Vlade  Vesna Perovi? i
Filip Vujanovic primili su juce u Podgorici u odvojenim posjetama
ambasadore Njemacke i Poljske Joakima Smita i Tadeusa Dimu.

U razgovorima su obostrano izrazena uvjerenja o dobroj bilateralnoj
saradnji izmedju Crne Gore  i Njemacke i Poljske. Visoki gosti su se
interesovali o aktuelnoj politickoj situaciji u Crnoj Gori i, posebno, o
implementaciji Beogradskog sporazuma. Izrazeno je uvjerenje da ce se
sprovodjenje Beogradskog sporazuma obaviti maksimalno efikasno i da ce
rok za njegovo donosenje biti ispostovan.

S njemackim i poljskim ambasadorom su odvojeno razgovarali i
potpredsjednik Vlade Crne Gore Dragan Djurovic, predsjednik
Socijaldemokratske partije (SDP) Ranko Krivokapic i predsjednik Narodne
stranke (NS) Dragan Soc.

OKONCANE KONSULTACIJE O FORMIRANJU CRNOGORSKE VLADE
VUJANOVIC RAZGOVARAO SA BARDHIJEM

Podgorica - Mandatar Filip Vujanovic zavrsio je konsultacije povodom
sastava nove vlade razgovorom sa predsjednikom Demokratskog saveza u
Crnoj Gori Mehmetom Bardhijem.

Vujanovic ce tokom ove nedjelje obavijestiti predsjednika Republike Mila
Djukanovica o sadrzaju dosadasnjih razgovora sa parlamentarnih
strankama.

FORMIRANJE LOKALNE VLASTI
KOALICIJA ZA JUGOSLAVIJU I LIBERALI -  ZAJEDNO U PET OPSTINA

Podgorica - Glavni odbor  Socijalisticke narodne partije (SNP) prihvatio
je juce ponudu Liberalnog saveza (LS) o formiranju lokalne vlasti u pet
crnogorskih opstina.

Koalicija za Jugoslaviju podrzace kandidate LS za gradonacelnike u
Kotoru, Budvi, Tivtu, Niksicu i Cetinju, formirajuci koaliciju na
lokalnom nivou.

Vladajuca Demokratska partija socijalista (DPS) i SDP ostro su
kritikovale tu koalicionu saradnju.

PODGORICA
OTVORENA KANCELARIJA NJEMACKE AMBASADE

Podgorica - Njemacki ambasador u Beogradu Joakim Smit otvorio je sinoc u
Podgorici Kancelariju ambasade Njemacke, i tom prilikom istakao da ce
rad ove Kancelarije olaksati uspostavljanje odnosa izmedju njemackih i
crnogorskih politicara, privrednika, umjetnika, naucnika, novinara i
predstavnika civilnog drustva.

Potpredsjednik Vlade Dragan Djurovic je kazao da je otvaranje
Kancelarije rezultat intenzivne i plodotvorne saradnje Crne Gore i
Njemacke i da predstavlja podsticaj daljem unapredjenju bilateralnih
odnosa ove dvije zemlje.
