MANDATE HOLDER FOR THE COMPOSITION OF THE NEW GOVERNMENT MILO
DJUKANOVIC:
NEW GOVERNMENT WILL MOST PROBABLY BE COMPOSED NEXT WEEK
Podgorica - The composition of the new government will most probably be
known already during next week - said mandate holder for the composition
of the new government Milo Djukanovic during yesterday's official visit
to Niksic.
The talks between two coalition partners - the Democratic Party of
Socialists (DPS) and the Democratic Party of Socialists (SDP) - are
underway, and it is justifiable to expect that the final agreement would
soon be reached - Djukanovic said.
I am not exclusive but ready to listen to any different opinion, in
case, of course, it is grounded. Both sides are well aware that on
October 20th they gained the trust of citizens on the basis of the
program on economic reforms and constitution of a stabile democratic
society. That is why it is in the interest of all of us to have the
government composed as soon as possible - stated Djukanovic.
HELGA KONRAD TALKED WITH MONTENEGRO'S OFFICIALS
THE AFFAIR WILL BE COMPLETELY EXPOSED
Podgorica - To fight against people trafficking and other aspects of
organized crime is one of the key priorities of the new government,
whose results will not depend on its personnel composition - said
mandate holder for formation of the new government during his
yesterday's talk with the Head of the Working group for fight against
people trafficking close to the Stability Pact, Helga Konrad.
Ms. Konrad acknowledged Montenegro's efforts to stamp out the
international crime in the light of the current trafficking case. She
also expressed the readiness of the Stability Pact to offer its
assistance in that area.
The Government of Montenegro will persist in total exposure of all the
facts regarding the current case of people trafficking - stated Vice
President Dragan Djurovic during his talk with Ms. Konrad. Interior
Affairs Minister Andrija Jovicevic said that the Montenegrin police was
determined to reveal all the details of the case.

Podgorica - The Stability Pact has a good co-operation with Montenegro
in developing mechanisms for fighting people trafficking - stated Head
of the Working group for fight against people trafficking Helga Konrad
at yesterday's press conference in Podgorica, which followed her meeting
with Montenegro's officials.
Mandate holder of Montenegro's Government Milo Djukanovic and its Vice
President Dragan Djurovic assured me that the case would not be hushed
up and that the investigation would be carried out to the very end - Ms.
Konrad said.
The Stability Pact is taking seriously all the messages of Montenegro's
officials, and it will keep an open eye on what happens next - she said.

Podgorica - Sastav nove crnogorske vlade bice poznat, najvjerovatnije,
vec tokom naredne sedmice - izjavio je mandatar za sastav nove
crnogorske vlade Milo Djukanovic juce prilikom radne posjete Niksicu.
Razgovori izmedju dva koaliciona partnera - Demokratske partije
socijalista (DPS) i Socijaldemokratske partije (SDP) su u toku i realno
je ocekivati da ce konacan odgovor biti uskoro postignut - kazao je
Djukanovic.
Nijesam iskljuciv i spreman sam da saslusam svako suprotno misljenje,
ukoliko je, naravno, argumentovano, a obje strane su svjesne da su 20.
oktobra zadobile povjerenje gradjana na osnovu programa ekonomskih
reformi i konstituisanja stabilnog demokratskog drustva, tako da nam je
svima u interesu da se sto prije konstituise vlada - porucio je
Djukanovic.

AFERA CE BITI DO KRAJA RASVIJETLJENA
Podgorica - Borba protiv trgovine ljudima i drugih vidova organizovanog
kriminala, jedan je od kljucnih prioriteta nove vlade, ciji rezultati
nece zavisiti od njenog personalnog sastava - rekao je mandatar za
sastav crnogorske vlade Milo Djukanovic juce u razgovoru sa
predsjedavajucim Radne grupe za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima pri Paktu
stabilnosti Helgom Konrad.
Konrad je odala priznanje Crnoj Gori za napore za suzbijanje
organizovanog kriminala u svijetu aktuelnog trafiking slucaja, kao i
spremnost da Pakt stabilnosti pruzi pomoc na tom planu.
Vlada Crne Gore ce istrajati na potpunom rasvijetljavanju aktuelnog
slucaja trgovine ljudima - izjavio je potpredsjednik Dragan Djurovic u
razgovoru sa gospodjom Konrad,dok je ministar policije Andrija
Jovicevic rekao da je crnogorska policija odlucna da se slucaj trgovine
ljudima do kraja rasvijetli.

SARADNJU
Podgorica - Pakt stabilnosti ima dobru saradnju sa Crnom Gorom u
razvijanju mehanizama za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima - izjavila je
predsjednik Radne grupe za borbu protiv trgovine ljudima pri Paktu
stabilnosti Helga Konrad, na jucerasnjoj Press konferenciji u Podgorici,
nakon susreta sa crnogorskim zvanicnicima.
Od mandatara crnogorske vlade Mila Djukanovica i aktuelnog
potpredsjednika crnogorske vlade Dragana Djurovica, dobila sam
uvjeravanja da slucaj nece biti zataskan i da ce istraga biti obavljena
do kraja-rekla je Konrad.
Pakt stabilnosti ozbiljno prima sve poruke crnogorskih zvanicnika i oni
ce budno pratiti sta ce se dalje desavati-porucila je Konrad.

PREDLOZENI PRIORITETI
Podgorica - Najefikasnije mjere ekonomske politike u Crnoj Gori za 2002.
godinu, trebalo bi da budu politicko sredjivanje odnosa Crne Gore i
Srbije i stvaranja dobrih uslova za razvoj malih i srednjih preduzeca -
ocjena je Skupstine Privredne komore Crne Gore.
Crnogorski privrednici uputili su predlog republickoj vladi, da u cilju
izgradnje sistema u kome ce do izrazaja doci individualne poslovne ideje
i proizvodni programi, treba raditi na razvijanju programa otvorene
trzisne ekonomije.
