MONTENEGRO'S PRIME MINISTER MILO DJUKANOVIC MET WITH GREEK FOREIGN
AFFAIRS MINISTER JORGOS PAPANDREU:
DJUKANOVIC: OUR PRIORITY IS THE "EUROPEANIZING" OF MONTENEGRO, NOT ITS
INDEPENDENCE

Podgorica - Our priority is the "europeanizing" of Montenegro, not its
independence - Montenegro's Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic said, after
yesterday's meeting with Greek Foreign Affairs Minister Jorgos
Papandreu.

Serbia and Montenegro, as well as the other countries in the region,
tend to be the part of European society: so they expect that their
neighboring countries, which are also interested in developing of the
Balkans, understand and support them- Djukanovic explained.

The Belgrade Agreement defines Montenegrin politically- legal status,
and I am convinced that the simple majority could adopt the chapter in
the Parliament - Djukanovic said.

Djukanovic and Papandreu agreed that the Chapter should be adopted as
soon as possible, so that the Montenegro and Serbia could improve their
relations. The State Union of Serbia and Montenegro has to start
functioning so that the negotiations about the Agreement the
stabilization and association with the European Union should begin.

RUSSIAN DIPLOMAT VLADIMIR IVANOVSKI HAS VISITED MONTENEGRO: DEVELOPMENT
OF MONTENEGRO - RUSSIAN RELATIONS

Podgorica -Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic and Russian
Ambassador in Belgrade Vladimir Ivanovski met yesterday in Podgorica.
They discussed some specific matters considering the bilateral relations
and the current political situation in Balkans.

Ivanovski gave the letter from the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs
Igor Ivanov, in which the development of the Russian - Montenegrin
relations, continuing the tradition of friendship and good cooperation,
was underlined.

It also said that the process of forming the State Union of Serbia and
Montenegro should be finished as soon as possible, which is the interest
of the stability of the Balkans.

Ivanovski also met with Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs Dragisa
Burzan, and they agreed on the importance of the cooperation between
Montenegro and Russia when the energetic and tourist problems are
concerned.

THE OSCE CHIEF MICE ROBINSON ANNOUNCED THE REFORM OF THE MONTENEGRIN
PARLIAMENT:
THE NEW PARLIAMENT OPERATING PROCEDURE

Podgorica - The Chief of the OSCE Office in Montenegro Mike Robinson
informed Montenegrin Minister of Foreign Affairs Dragisa Burzan about
the OSCE preliminary program for 2003, which includes the reform of the
Montenegrin Parliament.

The OSCe will work on the project of the new parliamentary operating
procedure and also on the improvement of the parliamentary commissions'
work - Robinson underlined.

DJUKANOVIC:  NEZAVISNOST CRNE GORE NIJE NJEN PRIORITET, VEC
EVROPEIZACIJA

Podgorica - Prioritet Crne Gore nije njena nezavisnost,vec evropeizacija
- izjavio je crnogorski premijer Milo Djukanovic, nakon jucerasnjeg
razgovora sa sefom grcke diplomatije Jorgusom Papandreuom u Beogradu.

Srbija i Crna Gora kao i druge zemlje u regionu, zele da sto prije
ostvare svoj evropski cilj i ocekuju da ce ih susjedi bolje od drugih
razumjeti na tom putu, jer su vise od drugih zainteresovani da ovaj
region postane sastavni dio razvijenog evropskog drustva - pojasnio je
Djukanovic.

Pravno - politicki status Crne Gore definisan je Beogradskim sporazumom
o preuredjenju odnosa sa Srbijom, i siguran sam da Povelja moze biti
usvojena u republickim parlamentima prostom vecinom - rekao je
Djukanovic novinarima.

Djukanovic i Papandreu saglasili su se da je neophodno da Ustavna
povelja sto prije bude usvojena, kako bi Crna Gora i Srbija uskladile
odnose i drzavna zajednica pocela da funkcionise, kao uslov za izradu
studije o izvodljivosti i pocetak razgovora o zakljucenju Sporazuma o
stabilizaciji i asocijaciji sa Evropskom unijom (EU).

RUSKI DIPLOMATA VLADIMIR IVANOVSKI U POSJETI CRNOJ GORI SVESTRAN RAZVOJ
CRNOGORSKO - RUSKIH ODNOSA

Podgorica - Konkretna pitanja bilateralne saradnje i aktuelna politicka
kretanja u regionu - tema je jucerasnjeg susreta crnogorskog premijera
Mila Djukanovica i ruskog ambasadora u Beogradu Vladimira Ivanovskog,
koji ovih dana boravi u zvanicnoj posjeti Crnoj Gori.

Ivanovski je Djukanovicu urucio pismo sefa ruske diplomatije Igora
Ivanova, u kojem se izmedju ostalog apostrofira svestran razvoj rusko -
crnogorskih veza, u duhu tradicionalnog prijateljstva i dobre saradnje.

U pismu se,  takodje navodi da ce proces formiranja drzavne zajednice
Srbije i Crne Gore biti zavrsen u najskorije vrijeme, na dobrobit naroda
obje drzave clanice i u interesu stabilnosti balkanskog regiona u
cjelini.

Ivanovski se susreo i sa ministrom inostranih poslova Crne Gore Dragisom
Burzanom i tom prilikom je konstatovan znacaj saradnje Crne Gore i
Rusije, posebno u oblasti turizma i energetike.


SEF MISIJE OEBS-a MAJK ROBINSON NAJAVIO PRIPREMU REFORMI CRNOGORSKOG
PARLAMENTA NOVI SKUPSTINSKI POSLOVNIK UZ POMOC OEBS-a

Podgorica - Sef  Kancelarije OEBS-a u Crnoj Gori Majk Robinson
informisao je juce crnogorskog ministra inostranih poslova Dragisu
Burzana, da je u pripremi radni program te organizacije za ovu godinu,
koji pored zapocetih projekata predvidja i reformu Skupstine Crne Gore.

Robinson je istakao da ce OEBS tokom ove godine raditi i na donosenju
novog skupstinskog poslovnika i na poboljsanju rada parlamentarnih
komiisja.


KOORDINATOR CRNOGORSKE DELEGACIJE DRAGAN KUJOVIC:
DANAS SJEDNICA USTAVNE KOMISIJE U BEOGRADU

Podgorica - Sjednica Ustvne komisije bice odrzana danas u Beogradu -
potvrdio je koordinator crnogorske delegacije Dragan Kujovic podgorickoj
agenciji MINA.

Kujovic je rekao da ce sjednici prisustvovati dio crnogorske delegacije,
najvjerovatnije bez predstavnika Koalcije "Zajedno za promjene".

Clan Ustavne komisije Miodrag Vukovic izjavio je da ocekuje da ce
crnogorska opozicija i dio politickih subjekata iz Srbije doci na
sjednicu Komisije, "kako bi se usaglasilo ono sto je neusaglaseno".

U svakom slucaju, ako ne dodju,  posao treba da zavrse Srbija i Crna
Gora o cijoj sudbini se radi - zakljucio je Vukovic za Radio Slobodna
Evropa.

Ustavna komisija proslog petka nije uspjela da iznadje rjesenja za
nekoliko spornih tacaka u zakonu o povelji.
