July 23). The trial of President Milosevic was a farce and that of Karadzic will be the same. But the problem is not only at the Yugoslav tribunal which gets all the attention. Equally bizarre trials are going on at the Rwanda tribunal another American and Nato controlled ad hoc tribunal, part of the American gulag of special tribunals and secret and notorious prisons. The Rwanda story mirrors that of Yugoslavia. A once prosperous, working society with multi-ethnic tolerance on all levels and in all spheres, suddenly attacked by Uganda and its proxy force the Rwanda Patriotic Front, the RPF, which had the sole objective of overthrowing the democratic revolution of 1959 to restore the Tutsi monarchy in all but name. The RPF, defeated in their first attacks on the country in which they slaughtered thousands of civilians, turned to terrorism using the same methods as the KLA; not suprising, considering they were both trained by the Americans. Over four years they destroyed the country and then on April 6th, 1994, in violation of the Arusha Accords and the laws of civilization, they assassinated the two Hutu presidents of Rwanda and Burundi, the Rwandan Army Chief of Staff and then launched an offensive across the country. The RPF, with direct US, UN and Nato help, won the war, in the process, according to the testimony of RPF officers at the ICTY, slaughtering up to two million Hutus. Hutus and Tutsi civlians alike killed each other. The RPF engaged in total war. To justify their regime and the number of dead bodies they constructed the myth of the "genocide". The Americans lamented they did not do enough in Rwanda. The truth is that , as Boutros-Boutros Ghali stated, "The Americans are 100% responsible for what happened in Rwanda". The Americans and their various allies on the spot, Canada, Belgium, the UN financed, supplied, controlled and directed the RPF forces and UN forces in Rwanda. General Ndindiliyimana, the chief of staff of the Rwanda Gendarmerie, stated, during his recent testimony at the ICTR that American aircraft were seen airdropping men and materiel to the RPF in the north of Rwanda after the RPF shot down the president's plane. It is known that the Rwanda Emergency Office, was in fact the US Army Operational Control centre which acted as the Operational command for the RPF. It is known that Hernan Cohen threatened to kill the Rwanda president unless he ceded all power to the RPF. It is known that American army officers were in Kigali unknown to the government. UN documents establish that General Dallaire, the UN force commander was deliberately hiding information he was receiving of a coming RPF offensive for months, provided the RPF with intelligence and made deals for the RPF and, of course, the Americans, with certain Rwandan officers. His role in the murder of the Prime Minister of Rwanda, Madame Agathe Uwilingiyimana as well as the President, as well as his refusal to stop RPF murders of Hutu refugees in Amahoro Stadium in Kigali, where his own men were based all need to be examined. The ICTR, as the ICTY, serves one purpose only, propaganda. The indictments are not in legal form, they are propaganda texts and are not meant for jurisprudentiel purposes but for public consumption. The media coverage is heavily controlled in both cases, the defence side never getting out. The witnesses for the prosecution are fabricated. The witnesses for the defence are harassed, arrested and murdered. In both cases the American armed forces are present in controlling positions as well as the intelligence services. The goal-to put out a story to cover up their role, to protect their puppets of the RPF and Museveni in Uganda, to demonize the defeated enemy as war criminals and to humiliate the majority Hutu people forever. The result is a fascists state, under the boot of Kagame's thugs where a once prosperous country is reduced to international banditry to pay its way. Now, the Americans have three bases in Rwanda, there are now 6 to 9 million dead. The prisoners of the ICTR have declared themselves to be political prisoners of the UN. They do not recognize the ICTY as legitimate or interested in giving them a fair trial but only interested in protecting the RPF and acting as an arm of the RPF to persecute its enemies. I think that is a very important event; for prisoners to state they are political prisoners of the UN. If one thinks about it, it has wide implications and the world should know about this action by those prisoners and why they were compelled to take it. But no one knows. It is time that the press began to analyze the phenomenon of these un-courts, these ad hoc tribunals and to inform the people of the world the threat they constitute to the self-determination of peoples, peace and democracy; that they are illegal, and that they use fascist methods, that they are in fact fascist.
