-- Vojislav Koštunica has published a compendium of his speeches during the
Kosovo status talks from November 2005-December 2007, titled “The Defense of
Kosovo”.
The book also reconstructs the entire negotiating process, and according to the
former prime minister, everything in the book has been transcribed verbatim.
“These speeches and statements deal not only with Kosovo’s future status, but
with Serbia’s status too,” he said.
"Serbia’s integrity was not discussed, but through these speeches, the issue of
the integrity of the UN Charter, the United Nations itself and the founding
principles that international legal order is based on are tackled ," Koštunica
said.
The promotion was attended by numerous guests, including senior members of
Koštunica’s Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), among them former ministers Zoran
Lončar, Slobodan Lalović and Predrag Bubalo, as well as former RTS Director
Milorad Vučelić, former Security Services (BIA) Chief Rade Bulatović, New
Serbia leader Velimir Ilić, authors Matija Bećković and Momo Kapor, as well as
Bishop Amfilohije.
