Boycott trial, says Karadzic's brother

BELGRADE, Serbia-Radovan Karadzic's brother says he thinks the wartime
Bosnian Serb leader must boycott his genocide war crimes trial.
Luka Karadzic says he supports his brother in his decision not to appear at
the opening of the his trial scheduled at the U.N. war crimes tribunal for
the former Yugoslavia on Monday.
He says, "It is a normal thing that he does not appear in the court on
Monday."
Karadzic was convicted in 1995 by the tribunal for genocide allegedly
committed by his Bosnian Serb troops during the 1992-95 war in Bosnia.
