The U.S. ambassador to Kosovo, Christopher Dell, says the local elections have
shown that "independent Kosovo is a place where democracy is flourishing".

He also praised the Kosovo Serbs that voted on the “decision to participate and
their courage”.

“You recognized rightly that these elections were a unique opportunity to shape
your future and the future of your community. The United States expects a
further continuation of cooperation with you towards fulfilling the promises
that were characteristic of these elections,” Dell said.

He added that political parties and politicians led “bold campaigns mostly
without incidents", based on real problems, such as schooling, the industry,
municipal services which are of real importance to the voters.

“The winners have the obligation to administrate in a transparent way and to
make decision that will support the desires of its their voters to live in a
democratic, multi-ethic and progressive Kosovo,” concluded Dell.

"independent Kosovo is a place where democracy is flourishing"...US Ambassador.

Well, I'm sorry, Mr. Dell but this does not compute.

I really doubt if you are 'the full shilling' to utter such a nonsense as a
diplomat.
What the USA and NATO created in Kosovo i Metohija is nothing short of an
abomination.
Despite the prolific distribution of US 'brown envelopes', we still see that
less than a third of UN member states have recognised this failed entity.
I am convinced that the disrespect shown by Washington, et al, for
International Law and disregard for the sovereignty of Nations' territories
'will surely return to haunt them.
