| Return of nonstop service between Santa Fe Regional Airport, Los Angeles becomes reality |
| Getting from Santa Fe to Los Angeles and vice versa became a little easier Monday when American Airlines began daily nonstop service between the two cities. The inaugural American Airlines flight from Los Angeles International Airport touched down at Santa Fe Regional Airport a little after 3:30 p.m. Monday and was greeted by a water cannon salute, courtesy of the Santa Fe Fire Department.
