A DFW- Harrisburg, PA flight landed and passengers were kept onboard for an added 2.5 hours as the airport maintained jetbridge was inop and no airport staff was on hand to fix it. If delay reached 3 hours, AA would have been exposed to fines up to $27,000 per passenger. Whew
