When you open the print dialog, choose the Epson 1270 and then
"Properties", does it show all the printer's options? If not, run
printerdrake once, without changing anything. For every remote CUPS
printer (printers you got without setting up a queue locally) which you
want to use in OpenOffice.org, double-click the printer and choose "Add
to Star Office/OpenOffice.org". Then you can really get the best out of
your printer(s).
