Action Agenda:

 
A.        A resolution acknowledging the election of the Municipal Council Chair and Vice‑chair for calendar year 2005.

 
B.         A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Provo City and the Provo River Water Users Association concerning the enclosure of the Provo Reservoir Canal.

 
C.        A resolution approving Amended Relocation Rules (Guidelines) and a Relocation Assistance Plan for redevelopment project areas adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City.

 
D.        A resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between Provo City and the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City regarding construction and financing of certain cultural facilities.

 
E.         Land Use Items:

 
1.         A public hearing to consider an ordinance vacating the interest of Provo City Corporation in 3540 North Street from approximately 230 West to 250 West.

 

 A MEETING OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF PROVO CITY

 
F.         A resolution adopting Relocation Rules (Guidelines) and Relocation Assistance Plan for redevelopment project areas adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City.

 
G.        A resolution authorizing the Chair of the governing board of the Redevelopment Agency of Provo City to execute an agreement between Provo City and the Redevelopment Agency of Provo city regarding construction and financing of certain cultural facilities.

 
H.        A resolution granting an access easement within the Ironton Project and authorizing the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute the easement grant.

 
I.          A resolution authorizing a loan of $26,500 from the Central Neighborhood Revitalization Revolving Fund to Neighborhood Housing Services of Provo for rehabilitation of property located at 356 West 200 North, Provo, Utah.

 J.          A resolution authorizing a grant of $75,750 from Community Development Block Grant Funds to the Rural Housing Development Corporation for upgrading the exterior of twelve single family dwellings to be constructed adjacent to the Maeser School.

The next Council Meeting will be held on January 18, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 351 West Center Street, Provo, unless otherwise noticed. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens to participate in this meeting. Headphones are available for those with hearing loss or disability. Language interpreters are available upon request. The meeting room is fully accessible via the south parking garage access to the elevator. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call 852-6120 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.  Council Meeting is also broadcast live on cable channel 17.
