A. A resolution adding personal property to the Surplus Property list
and authorizing the Mayor to dispose of the property.
B. A public hearing regarding a resolution adding 0.39 acre of real
property located at approximately 70 South Freedom Blvd. to the Surplus
Property list and authorizing the Mayor to dispose of the property.
C. A resolution approving a development planning agreement between Provo
City and the company that's putting in the newly announced Southgate
Shopping Center -- in East Bay south of the Novell tower.
D. A public hearing on whether to change the zoning of property at 4500
North Foothill Drive.
Sherwood Hills Neighborhood.
E. A public hearing on whether to change the zoning of property at 1560
South 600 West from Agricultural to Residential (one unit homes).
Lakewood Neighborhood.
