Hi everybody, wow this last week was fun watching the Olympics whenever
i could -- i hope you got to watch some of it! Amazing!
I also went night snowshoeing with the full moon out which was most
excellent!

* A joint resolution affirming Provo City's support of and
partnership with the 2010 Census.
* An ordinance amending Section 2.29.040(2)(a) of the Provo City
Code to clarify Neighborhood Meeting Requirements for
development proposals.
* Read the existing Section 2.29 code.
** Contact the council office at [email protected] for a
copy of the amendment(s).
* Public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $39,787.34
in the Police Department of the General Fund for operational
expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
* Public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $20,000 in
the Streets Department of the General Fund for operational
expenses and reducing appropriations in the Engineering Capital
Improvement Fund by $20,000 and applying to the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2010.
* Public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $85,000 in
the Emergency Response Fund for operational expenses and
applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
* Public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $14,504 in
the Golf Course Fund for capital expenses and applying to the
fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
* Public hearing to consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to
execute an amended Development Agreement for the Clydesdale Bend
Subdivision located generally at 2275 West 600 South, Provo,
Utah.
* Public hearing to consider an ordinance vacating the property
interest of Provo City Corporation in 100 West from Center
Street to 100 South. Central Business District Neighborhood.

And here's the Study Meeting @ 5:30pm
* The annual Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) report.
* Request for a Capital Improvement Project (CIP) budget transfer
of $270,000.
If you haven't yet spoken up at a council meeting, Tuesday would be a
great time to come!!! Do it! :) You can bring up anything that affects
your neighborhood or the city!
