        To answer your question, yes, what you've said is correct.
Also, I eyeballed the page in Q, and sure enough, 10 stories
were in effect. Duh on me...

        Hmmm, I was never prompted or instructed for it at any
point in the MS-DOS prompt. I ended up "Saving As..." for my
Dispatch handle from the MakeHandler.inp file to
dispatchfront.pm, and adding the special 3-line tag set to
my input file.
        Another note - when I ran the input file through
newsclipper for the 1st four times after adding
dispatchfront, it said it couldn't find the new handler,
even though I had marked where all handlers were in the .cfg
file. I tried c:/newsclip/.NewsClipper/ ,
c:/newsclip/.NewsClipper (sans last slash),
$home/.NewsClipper/ , and $home/.NewsClipper (no last
slash). Why is this, and what is the solution?
