Exactly. No one uses it... Basically, you could call News Clipper as a CGI
script:
http://www.server.com/cgi-bin/NewsClipper.pl
and it would update the first input file in your NewsClipper.cfg and display
it.
It seems like most people run News Clipper periodically, in the background,
instead of having it update the web page on the fly as a CGI script.
