Please submit the handler update using the form at
http://www.newsclipper.com/submithandler.htm
When you do this, the handler will be sent to the handler author for approval.
If he likes your changes, he'll accept the handler as-is. Otherwise, he'll
reject it, and maybe patch it up and re-submit it himself.

For now, you can run News Clipper with the -n flag every couple days, and it
will automatically download and install any updates to the handlers you are
using. There is some risk here because the handler may have a new syntax.
The next version of NC will automatically download handler updates that are
guaranteed not to break anything. The -n flag will download handler updates
that have new syntax (and will probably break your NC commands that use it).
