Make sure you specify the whole path to perl and nmake, or put them in your
path.

You might also want to consider trying (and possibly purchasing) the
commercial version. The commercial version doesn't require Perl, or that you
install perl modules. It comes with an InstallShield installation, a user's
manual, priority tech support, and more. Visit http://www.newsclipper.com/,
where you can download a trial version for the Windows platform.  I think
you'll find the pre-compiled binaries much easier to deal with. (The
installation will be like your typical Windows installation, and will create
start menu icons and such.)
