Ever since the handler server has gone down, my handlers have been behaving
very weirdly. Sometimes they seem to update and sometimes they dont seem to.
Im not sure if the handler database is funtioning correctly, but I was
wondering in the meantime, is there a commandline option to force
Newsclipper to get new data and not use cached info?
