Random thought to kick things off. Coffee has become what cigarettes were 40
years ago. I scare myself how addicted I am. So let me swig my 4th cup of the
day and get to it. I’ve got to cut back!

Here goes for today:

As if the coffee didn’t get me going enough, now we have the story of a man
accused of shooting and killing his 93-year-old dad. And then he goes
dancing. How rotten is his soul? We have the video of this guy dancing and
singing to the song “Papa was a Rollin’ Stone.” Remember the lyrics in the song
- the line "when he died all he left us was alone.” If he is the killer, it’s
as if he’s dancing on his Dad’s grave…

Can’t imagine the horror for Bobby Tolan and his wife…the former major leaguer
watched his son get shot by a cop in his own driveway. Cops thought the
car he was driving was stolen. They were wrong, and now Robbie Tolan has a
bullet lodged in his liver. His family is claiming racial profiling. We’ll
talk to their attorney and I’ll ask law enforcement analyst Mike Brooks… how do
you shoot and fire at an unarmed man after throwing his mom against the garage
door?

We can’t forget the Casey Anthony case. We now have a psychic involved.
What’s next? Someone with a Ouji board? There’s also concern photos of
little Caylee’s remains might be sold for profit. How sick is that?

We lighten things up with Sharon Osbourne throwing a drink on a bikini-clad
young woman. And then they start brawling. What a wonderful world it is, eh?

Don’t forget… Ali Velshi will ask YOU the questions tonight. Call in
and let him assess what you can do to invest and make some money. If you make
air by phone or e-mail, you get Ali’s book, “Gimme My Money Back”. You
can also buy the book on our site, <a

See you at 5 p.m. Eastern,
