North Korea test-fires 2 more missiles 26 May
2009 North Korea reportedly tested two more
short-range missiles Tuesday, a day after
detonating a nuclear bomb underground, pushing
the regime further into a confrontation with
world powers despite the threat of U.N. action.
Two missiles -- one ground-to-air, the other
ground-to-ship -- with a range of about 80 miles
(130 kilometers) were test-fired from an east
coast launchpad, South Korea's Yonhap news agency
reported, citing an unidentified government
official.

was on ABB board during deal with North Korea 24
Feb 2003 Donald Rumsfeld, the US secretary of
defence, was on the board of technology giant ABB
when it won a deal to supply North Korea with two
nuclear power plants. Weapons experts say waste
material from the two reactors could be used for
so-called "dirty bombs". The Swiss-based ABB on
Friday told swissinfo that Rumsfeld was involved
with the company in early 2000, when it netted a
$200 million (SFr270million) contract with
Pyongyang.
