I have read Erwin's note that he will do any last minute editing. But just in case you need to see the problem on your computer, i.e. the long lines and non-ascii chars, they are in the articles starting with:

Thanks for your time on this, and I know it can be frustrating when the tools don't do as you expect.
Note: I often use my email programme as a text editor :)

My text editor also shows the documents as western ascii encoded at 80 lines.
I have to apologise again for the problems with the newsletter this month - i think i need to find another text editor for my mac.
