You mean our blog newsletter RSS is not working? Or the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] one? The latter, I can understand: we don't have
RSS set up, afaik. However, gmane does, I believe, and they *do*
have RSS capabilities, I'd think.

BTW, let's correspond directly about bringing in the Philippines to
OOo. It has an active FOSS community, it has the interest, but there
is zero representation or obvious participation from the Philippines,
