O3Spaces on it's issue #9 is launching an article on "Creating Newsletters
with OpenOffice.org" (yes they missed the .org).
o3 is a FREE electronic publication distributed in PDF format. o3 is
published using open source software exclusively. The focus of o3 is on
the use of Free and Open Source (FOSS) software in Enterprise and Business
environments.
I have browse through the article and it looks nice an want to encourage
