Mayor of Munich against standardization of MS OOXML

Munich is against the standardization of MS OOXML. In an open letter to
several representatives of standard bodies and the government, he
outlined several reasons of why MS OOXML should not get ISO-approved,
and why the OpenDocument format is the right choice.
