New Mac Aqua developer snapshot published
The OpenOffice.org Mac porting project is proud to announce another
preview of the upcoming native Mac (Aqua) version of OpenOffice.org.
This developer snapshot is based on OpenOffice.org 3.0 Milestone m2
(DEV300_m2) and no longer needs X11 but takes advantage of Mac native
file picker and print dialog as well as adding a lot of other
improvements like drag'n'drop support, Quicktime integration for media
playback and usage of Mac OS X spelling dictionaries.
Needless to say that those improvements available in upcoming release
2.4 (which will still need X11) like Mac adress book integration also
are integrated.
Nevertheless this one is a developer snapshot which may contain severe
bugs and so it is not meant for everyday usage. It can be downloaded
from http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/aqua.html
