I don't know. I assume that if the logicboard is soldered on there is no
way to replace it.
I don't think that there is any mention of ROM upgrades for the Marco in
the FAQs:

If you open the Marco and you can lift off the ROM chip, it MIGHT work.
Look at Frank Gruendel's site to check what it looks like on an MP120/130:

And: MP120 ROM upgrades are often auctioned on eBay.
