Let's see if I can help.  First off, I will assume the Gold card will 
work, even though I cannot say for sure.  My card was a Silver.  I 
expect the only difference in the cards is the fact that one (the 
Gold) has 128-bit encryption, while the Silver has 40-bit.  On that 
assumption, check your Extensions drawer for three extensions: 
"Newton Internet Enabler", "NIE Ethernet Module", and "Newton 
Devices".  If you do not have all three, we're onto something.  Once 
we get past this, contact me off list, and I'll walk you through the 
set up process.  Better yet, if you have an instant messenger 
account, we can save a phone call.  I'm on AOL, MSN and Yahoo, so 
take your pick.  We can set a time to chat over the setup.
