Hi from me to. I got a 120 when new and used it until Nov 2000 when I dropped it once two often and broke the screen. I bought a Handspring Edge as a replacement but something was definitely lacking.
Recently I bought a MP2100, complete with keyboard & 36k modem, 4mb flash card and original leather Newton bag. So now I am back :-) Anyway, I am going to a conference in 2 weeks time and Apple is one of the sponsors. The whole venue will have Airport connectivity and they want everyone to bring wireless devices. Naturally I thought it would be cool if I could get my old Newton to link up via Airport. I went to my local Apple Centre and was laughed at when I asked if I could connect my Newton to Airport with a PCMCIA IEEE wireless card. > the new wireless drivers seem to work well, I am > planning on buying an AirPort this week and very excited. Where do you get these drivers and what cards can you use with it? Is it actually possible to connect a Newton via Airport? cheers all, Chris Edwards http://chris-edwards.com/ -- NewtonList is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
