This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of the effects of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) by companies, shareholders, creditors, public authorities or other persons in order to perform certain company law and corporate governance tasks. The study maps actual and likely use of AI in this field, analyses potential regulatory gaps, obstacles and risks and develops some high level recommendation.
