I reported the same issue a few weeks back here, with a backtrace:

However there has been no reply to that post so far.
It appears to be in the same area of code that generates the more benign
warning:
Verify map id 0: ERROR: Expected 7 elements in map, but found 2!
From what I've read, that bug will be fixed in the next release, so
maybe the crashing of nftrack will also be fixed. If there were a public
source repository then we could try it out early, but as far as I can
see there isn't.
