Background:
Soon, I am planning to add MI_HOLD() and MI_RELE() for mntinfo.
(6967561 race between zone shutdown and unmount in NFSv2 & NFSv3 - add
MI_HOLD/MI_RELE)
I will basically mirror the changes we have done for MI4_HOLD() and
MI4_RELE,
(changes will be smaller - there is no recovery thread in NFSv2/NFSv3).
Before I will fix 6967561, I want to do some clean-up:
6965054 Redundant code in nfs4_mi_zonelist_remove() and nfs4_mi_destroy()
Also I am fixing a P5 bug - typo in comments:
6507213 nfs4_clnt.h/nfs_clnt.h is missing mi_max_threads under the list
protected by mi_async_lock
