Hi guys, could one of you create a github repository under the nfs-ganesha organisation? I would like to have a repository that can contain test scripts that the CentOS CI (Jenkins) can execute. Having the scripts themselves in a git repository makes it easier for everyone to contribute to them.
I propose to call this new repo "centos-ci-tests" to make it clear where these scripts are expected to be run. An other name is fine too, of course. https://github.com/orgs/nfs-ganesha/people lists the owners that should have the permissions of creating a new repo. The 1st job that builds NFS-Ganesha/next against the latest Gluster release is available: https://ci.centos.org/view/NFS-Ganesha/job/nfs-ganesha_test-packages/ It basically executes http://termbin.com/8x51 on a physical machine that the job reserved. The script on termbin.com would be located in the new git repo. There are some more tasks to get done before we'll get the CI to vote on GerritHub: - CentOS admin needs to add the GerritHub.io server for triggering - update the Jenkins job+script to use the repo+commit from GerritHub - add a post-task to the Jenkins job that does the voting (over ssh) It should become really simple to add a job for checkpatch that currently runs inside the CEA Jenkins. And in future we can do nightly (or once a tag is pushed) builds and provide RPMs on http://artifacts.ci.centos.org/nfs-ganesha/ Thanks, Niels
