Make sure cache_inode_remove actually kills numlinks == 0 entry

Not only do we need to refresh the attributes, we actually need to
check numlinks after and if it's zero, make sure cache_inode_kill_entry
is called to actually unhash the entry, otherwise entries may hang around
until LRU cleans them up, which may keep the underlying inode alive.
