FSAL_RGW: fixup fsid for bucket export
When do lookup_path() on a bucket export, we use the fsid in
filehandle of root directory(/) as export fsid, actually we
should use the fsid of the root filehandle, which is a separate
thing.
This fixes automount problem together with ceph commit:
rgw_file: fix fs_inst progression
