(RDMA doesn't do the checksum at all.)

SVCAUTH_UNWRAP() directly?
Having determined that for UDP the checksum is done before GSS, but
for TCP the checksum is done twice (during and then after GSS), I've
gone with this option. Now, there's a new call SVC_CHECKSUM() that
will do the checksum once at the appropriate time in the main loop.
I've not tested GSS. When I've got UDP working again (it's currently
broken in my highly intrusive changes), I'll pass along the bits for
testing.
